To expand our sales team in the CIS-region and Ukraine, we are looking for an experienced: Senior Account Manager CIS & Ukraine
What you will be doing
In the role of International Account Manager/Sales Manager, your focus will be on facilitating trade
in fruits and vegetables within the CIS region and Ukraine. This dynamic position entails extensive
customer interaction and regular client visits. Collaboration with the sales, sourcing and back-office
teams is needed to achieving success in this role.

The department
Within Hoofdman-Roodzant there is an open and dynamic atmosphere. The sales team consists of
experienced managers with wholesale and retail backgrounds. Together you have the common
goal to further expand the fruit specialism.
What are you responsible for?
• Expanding existing and developing new wholesale and retail customers in the CIS-region
and Ukraine;
• Strengthen customer relationships via company visits and participation in trade fairs;
• Contributing to the implementation of sales targets and the establishment of commercial
priorities;
• Conducting performance analyses and making necessary adjustments;
• Transforming customer desires and requirements into valuable business opportunities.
What do you bring?
• Minimum of 5+ years' experience in fruit and vegetables export/sourcing;
• Proficient in English with strong communication skills;
• Russian/ Ukrainian language is a big advantage;
• Willingness to travel if necessary.
