Your Responsibilities

Your daily tasks will involve coordinating our customers’ receiving and shipping operations. In consultation with fellow coordinators, you will seek the optimal allocation of time, space, personnel, and resources to ensure the smooth handling of our daily logistics flows. Internally, you will maintain constant communication with colleagues to ensure that customer requirements, available space, and timeliness are met. For incoming goods, you ensure they are processed accurately according to customer specifications. Additionally, you oversee compliance with regulations such as HACCP, BRC/IFS, and our health and safety policy to maintain the highest standards of efficiency and safety.

The Department

The team has a dynamic atmosphere. You all share a single goal: the customer comes first. Products must be sorted correctly upon arrival, in the cold storage, and upon departure.

What do you bring to the table?

We expect at least:

• MBO+ level of work and thinking, preferably in logistics
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position within the fresh produce sector
• Knowledge of MS Office and automated (WHMS) systems
