Family business
Fruitful Ventures is a family business at heart. We are passionate, we are pragmatic, and we like to work quickly and efficiently. We do this with a team of about 120 colleagues at our location in Barendrecht. Approximately 30 of these employees work directly for Fruitful Ventures in the Finance & Controlling, Human Resources, IT, Sustainability, Facilities Management, Quality, and Marketing departments.

The people make the company. We firmly believe in that. That's why we invest in our people. One of the ways we do this is through our own Fruitful Ventures Academy. Our academy offers various workshops, trainings and lectures for all colleagues.
Other benefits of working at Fruitful Ventures include our own padel court, where colleagues play a game every Monday. We also have regular Friday afternoon drinks at Café Clementine, which is just a five-minute walk from our office. And of course, we always have fresh fruit in the office!
Our office in Barendrecht is easily accessible by car and public transport. From Barendrecht station, it is only a 5-to-10-minute walk to our office.

Will you be our new lunch star?
At Fruitful Ventures, we are starting to have communal lunches and are therefore looking for two enthusiastic colleagues who will organize our lunches with care and enthusiasm from Monday to Thursday. You will divide the week between you (two days per person), coordinate with each other, and cover for each other in case of absence.

We zijn een jonge start-up binnen Fruitful Ventures: we bouwen, verbeteren en schalen op met korte lijnen en veel ruimte voor initiatief. Daarom zoeken we een productiemedewerker die als rechterhand van onze productiechef meedraait, met de ambitie om door te groeien naar productiechef.

Half Baked, een jonge start-up binnen Fruitful Ventures, maakt van citrusreststromen sap en halffabricaten voor foodmerken. Dat betekent: bouwen, verbeteren en opschalen, met korte lijnen en veel ruimte om mee te denken.
Maar ook: kwaliteit en efficiency moeten kloppen. Daarom zoeken we een stagiair Voedingstechnologie / Kwaliteit & Ontwikkeling die mee wil bouwen aan een stevige basis.
