Fresh Pack Logistics B.V. is specialized in refrigeration, entry and exit, cross docking and transport of fruit and vegetable products. 

Fresh Pack Logistics' distribution center is located in the same building as the other Fruitful Ventures companies. This allows us to respond very quickly and flexibly to customer needs. The short distance to the port of Rotterdam also allows us to handle the flow of goods with maximum efficiency. 

Approximately 40 people work at Fresh Pack Logistics every day. Most of them work in the cold store and/or production department. We also have a back-office team that maintains daily contact with Fresh Pack Logistics' clients: the import and export companies within Fruitful Ventures. 

Fresh Pack Logistics Services 

Warehouse

Our warehouse covers a total of 40,439,05 m2 and has 71 loading and unloading docks. We have a total of 21,250 pallet spaces divided into 14 separate compartments. This allows us to store each product at the desired temperature. In addition, there is 696.90 m² of lettable office/canteen/facility space and 390.00 m² of lettable walkways. Our loading dock is also suitable for cross-docking goods that need to be loaded immediately after unloading. It is also possible to load goods outside opening hours from our night loading dock. Our warehouse is AEO-certified. This allows us to handle custom goods quickly and efficiently. 

Transport 

We provide both conventional and containerized transportation to and from any location. We cooperate with established partners in this regard. This allows us to fulfill your transportation needs efficiently and quickly. Together with our partners, we offer a network covering almost all of Europe.

Value Added Logistics

We offer a mix of VAL activities to deliver products to the customer with the right specification. Activities may include:

• Creating mixed pallets
• Order picking
• Repalletizing goods on different types of pallets
• Creating air cargo pallets
• Labeling cartons or pallets according to customer specifications

Repacking and packing 

We have several production lines for re-packaging and packaging products. In addition to quality repackaging, we also offer the option of product netting, flow packing, labeling, or top sealing. We also have facilities for ripening avocados and mangoes, among others.

Quality 

We also have our own quality control team and apply stringent quality controls at every step of the process. Through our quality control system, we dedicate ourselves every day to deliver tailor-made solutions at the customer level. Our inspection reports are recorded in QC One's software and are always available upon request. 

Fresh Pack Logistics is certified according to the relevant food safety standards (BRC Food version 9, SKAL en On the Way to Planet Proof.).
