Our Sustainability Report 2025/2026 is here

We’re proud to present our second Sustainability Report. It covers 2025 and the first months of 2026, and shows the steps we have taken towards a more sustainable fruit chain and where we are heading next.

Our Sustainability Report 2025/2026 is here

Five pillars

Last year we set out our CSR ambitions and mapped our carbon footprint for the first time. This year we reshaped our strategy around five pillars: Planet Smart Actions, Regenerative Farming, Working Conditions, Water Stewardship and Food Waste Reduction. Together they reflect what we believe in: taking responsibility for our environmental footprint, caring for the people in our value chain and working with nature rather than simply using it.

From strategy to action

This year Olympic Fruit introduced Sustainable Sourcing Leads at origin, reached 92% social certification on volume from high-risk countries and earned a bronze EcoVadis medal with a score of 71/100. For the first time, we also monitored water certification. 76% of volume from high water-risk regions now carries a water or environmental certificate. Cederberg Farming calculated its carbon footprint for the second year, assessed its living wage gap and continued its regenerative practices, from cover crops to annual biodiversity monitoring. At Fresh Pack Logistics, all plastic packaging is made from rPET, and Half Baked has rescued 500,000 kg of fruit so far.

Looking ahead

In 2027 we are working towards 100% social certification and 80% water certification. We are also aiming for a silver EcoVadis medal, installing rooftop solar at Cederberg Farming and aligning with the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). Fresh Pack Logistics is preparing for the new EU packaging rules and exploring reuse ahead of 2030, and Half Baked is working towards rescuing 1 million kg of citrus a year.
